Returns & Exchanges
We’re pleased to offer free returns and exchanges. If you're not completely happy with your order, simply email us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a return label for you. All items must be returned in a saleable condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original labels attached. Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed cannot be accepted.
Please note, sale items can only be returned for a refund if deemed faulty. If you’re not satisfied with a sale purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
How to make a return or exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email our Customer Care team at info@josephinethelabel.com within the 7-day return window. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of the item you wish to return or exchange. Once we receive your email, we’ll send you a return label and instructions on where to send the item. If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll cover the cost of delivering the exchanged order to you.
